Richard Kilstock has been involved in the real estate industry since 1992. He has been the

driving force behind many marquee and strategic acquisitions and developments in the past 27 years in an organization that has developed and acquired over one million square feet in over six countries and many US cities. Asset classes that Richard has been involved in range from residential multi-family, residential condominium, retail, office, and industrial to hospitality.

 

Richard has a B.A. in International Relations from Tufts University, a J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, a Degree in Law from Oxford University, and a Masters in International Real Estate from Florida International University.

David Aaron has been active in the real estate industry since 2003. David has been part of a development team that completed construction on towers totaling more than 650 units and has driven acquisition of significant assets in many neighborhoods in both New York and Miami.

David has owned or developed a range of assets including residential multi-family, residential condominium, office, and industrial. David has also transacted large-scale distressed deals including purchasing non-performing loans and prosecuting foreclosure proceedings to a successful result.

 

David has a B.A. in International Relations from Boston University.
